Are these hand-raisers or guaranteed sellers?

No. SellerSignal delivers predictive prospects. The owners have not necessarily requested contact, expressed intent to sell, or agreed to an appointment. Scores are prioritization signals, not guarantees.

What does "exclusive" mean?

Per-property exclusivity: once SellerSignal assigns a property, it is not assigned or sold to another SellerSignal customer. A ZIP may contain multiple customers working different properties.

How often do I receive prospects?

Taste provides 20 prospects once. Starter provides 100 and Pro provides 200 newly assigned prospects per paid billing period, subject to eligible inventory in the ZIPs you choose. Underlying scores may refresh between deliveries.

Where do the indicators come from?

The system normalizes property, ownership, market, and available jurisdictional fields. Source availability varies by jurisdiction; the dashboard explains the indicators associated with each assigned property.

How should I use the data?

Research each prospect, follow your brokerage's policy, and comply with DNC, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, Fair Housing, privacy, and applicable state and local rules. SellerSignal is not a consumer reporting agency and cannot be used for eligibility decisions.

Is SellerSignal a brokerage?

No. SellerSignal is an independent data-intelligence company. We're not affiliated with any brokerage or MLS, and we never contact homeowners - that's your job.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes. Starter and Pro are month-to-month subscriptions and may be canceled before the next renewal. Taste is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
